Please note, for hygiene reasons mask's and underwear cannot be returned.
If you would like to return an item for a refund or exchange then you can do so by filling out the returns form you received with your order and enclosing it with your item and sending to the following address:

Please note: this is not a pre-paid label and it is the customers responsibility to pay for any return postage costs.
Post your item back to us & we will refund the cost of your item or send you out your new size/item based on which you choose.
Please note: the item you are returning should be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Our customer service team will be in contact once your item has been received back to us and undergone the necessary checks.
