Shipping policy

Royal Mail Tracked 48

  • Delivered in 2 to 4 working days.
  • Orders are processed within 48 hours (Mon to Fri).
  • Orders placed after 2pm Friday or on weekends ship the following week.

DPD Next Day

  • Order before 2pm Monday to Thursday for next working day delivery.
  • Orders after 2pm Friday arrive Monday or Tuesday.

Click & Collect (Sheffield HQ)

  • Collect from our warehouse.
  • We’ll email you when your order is ready.
  • Usually processed within 48 hours (Mon to Fri).

DPD Ship 2 Shop

  • Sent on a DPD next day service to your chosen collection point.
  • Ready to collect once it arrives.
  • Processed within 48 hours (Mon to Fri).

Tracked, Duties & Taxes Paid

  • Delivered via Starlinks Global with full tracking.
  • No customs fees on arrival.
  • Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days from dispatch.

Standard Tracked (Postal Service)

Delivered by your local postal provider. Typical delivery times:

  • USA & Canada: 3 to 7 days
  • South America: up to 14 days
  • Asia: 4 to 10 days
  • Australia / NZ: 4 to 10 days

Customs fees charged at checkout.

DHL Express (Limited countries)

  • Faster, fully tracked delivery.
  • Timing varies by country.
  • Customs fees may still apply.
