We accept the following payments:
- All major credit and debit cards
Prices quoted on our web store are British Pounds GBP. Your bank or credit card company will convert the amount to your local currency if you live outside on the UK. We use a secure server to ensure your payment details remain safe.
We also accept Visa gift cards but you will need to register your card before you can purchase online.
We do not accept payments via cheque or postal order.

There will be no customs or import taxes to pay on deliveries to the following countries Austria, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the USA.
Customers from Canada, China and New Zealand can choose the 'Duty Paid Express' delivery option, there will be NO extra import taxes to pay on your order, the amount you pay at checkout includes all taxes and delivery costs.
Deliveries to other countries may incur custom charges. We cannot predict what these might be so please contact your local customs office to find out more. These fees are paid to the local carrier not Drop Dead Clothing LTD. All international orders may be subject to tax and duties. These fees are charged by your government and are separate from any delivery fees.
All prices listed on our site are in GBP pounds. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current rate. To get an estimate of the current rate, check out the link below:

For sample and discontinued items please visit our Depop account. Username: dropdeadofficial. If you have purchased and item from our Depop and you have encountered an issue please contact us on our Drop Dead Official Depop profile. You can do this by commenting on one of the items or going to our profile page and clicking ‘private message’ in the top right hand corner. Please leave 24 hours for someone to get back to you however we do try respond sooner.
Student discount is only available on selected dates at Drop Dead stores in the UK. A valid student/NUS card is required to claim the discount.
Yes. Shop at ease on our website as we have the resources to guarantee security when purchasing online.
To keep Drop Dead unique, all of our products are limited edition. If you are looking for a previous item that is now sold out on our website we sometimes find hidden gems in our warehouse which we sell on our Depop profile. Our Depop username is @dropdeadofficial. Unfortunately these sold out items will not be restocked on the website or in stores.

Currently we have no available vacancies at Drop Dead Clothing HQ. Available vacancies will be posted on our website.
Currently we have no available vacancies at Drop Dead London or Sheffield. If you'd like to be considered for a future position drop in your CV with covering letter to Joe Smith at our London store or Sally Gleed at our Sheffield store.
The majority of our artwork is created by our in House Design Team however we sometimes use freelance designers on our ranges. If you’d like to submit any work for consideration send an email to "Marketing & PR". Please include a link to an online portfolio and we will get in touch. Any design opportunities will be advertised on our website.
We source models from modelling agencies around the country. We do also seek out models via social media and competitions so make sure to stay subscribed to our social media channels to make sure you don’t miss out on any opportunities.
If you have been contacted by a member of our team regarding modelling feel free to ask for proof of legitimacy by either calling our head office or ask to be emailed through a company email that shall end in “@dropdead.co”.
Unfortunately, we do not supply our products on a wholesale basis
Unfortunately this does happen and if it looks too good to be true, it probably is. Please compare it to the items on our website. If you do suspect an item to be fake, please contact ‘Marketing and PR'.
Drop Dead was established in 2005 in Sheffield by grammy nominated Bring Me The Horizon front-man Oli Sykes. We strive to create high quality constructed products, with influence from youth culture and music.
We would love to expand Drop Dead. While we are currently based in the UK, we had pop-up store in Japan which was a great success and is something we want to continue doing around the world, reaching all our fans. For the time being please come and visit our London flagship store and our Sheffield Store connected to our head office.

At Drop Dead we work closely with our suppliers who constantly strive to ensure all our products are manufactured in factories with the highest standards of working conditions. Their compliance teams regularly travel to factories to ensure that international standards, including Oeko-tex and WRAP, are met and improved.
